About E-Cubed NFP

Empowering Youth Through Experiences, Expectations and Exposure.

Led by Zachary Royster, a South Side Chicago native, Loyola University Chicago basketball player, and classically trained cellist with over 13 years of experience. Growing up, Zachary saw firsthand how access to the right opportunities could transform a young person’s life—and how many talented kids in our communities never get that chance.

That’s why E-Cubed exists: to create a pipeline of support, exposure, and inspiration for underrepresented youth through academics, mentorship, performing arts, and sports.

We believe that when young people are given the tools to thrive, their potential becomes unstoppable. Our programs are designed to help youth build confidence, develop discipline, and dream beyond their circumstances.
